Jet Ski For Sale

1992 Kawasaki 750SS Jet Ski, the engine crank but not turn around and there is no spark. What should I do?

I changed the spark plugs and used a fuel additive. It will crank but not turn. I tried to boot with the boot of an inch from the top of the plug and saw no spark. Does not mean it will turn over but not crank? I can not imagine an engine crank (start) when it is locked and not even turn around. Ok, well, now you decide that ..... check the power of the ignition coil if any, (stator if it does not). If that cable is not hot, then it electric (like maybe his death will not change from release). If so, which is the coil / stator.
